Course Overview:

The supply chain environment is changing rapidly these days and you have to deal with many and varied forms of risk that cause disruption.  The challenge is to identify and then either prevent, mitigate, or have recovery plans for managing risks in the supply chain.  Most companies are not prepared to manage risks and get surprised by a crisis. This course will teach the current supply chain management decisions regarding risk and the conceptual and practical knowledge of how to effectively assess and handle the potential risks in your supply chain.

• Participants have to complete the pre-course test before entering the classroom. This is to validate their pre-course learning.
