Jeruel Global began in 2015 to help teams build real skills that show up on the job. We’re a training and competency development company under Learn 4.0 LLC, serving corporate and government clients across sectors and regions.
Our focus is simple. Design training that lands, deliver it well, and support people until the new habits stick. Every course is built for transfer, not trivia. We use the Kirkpatrick model end to end. We plan for Reaction and Learning in the room with clear objectives and practice, then drive Behaviour and Results on the job with projects, coaching, and follow-ups. Our programs are researched, structured, and interactive so people get time to try, reflect, and improve.
Since founding, we’ve served 500+ leaders and organizations, developed 30+ courses, and custom-built versions for specific plants, fleets, and sites. A typical build includes a short discovery, tailored cases from the client’s world, and a 30–90 day adoption plan. For example, a planning and scheduling course ends with daily exercises and steps that teams can run the next week.
